Position Summary: The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving our company's sales efforts and strategies to meet and exceed targets. This position involves managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs in the drain cleaning and plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they are achieving their individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify new market trends and opportunities.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports, analyzing trends and results to identify areas of improvement.
  • Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its services.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment between sales activities and operational capabilities.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales training and development programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
